when insanity ends for me, i am going to do insanity asylum. i don't think there's a better option for me.

i am doing some thirty day challenge thing for a friend who is a beach body coach starting in april, so when that comes, i will most likely do insanity asylum 2.

and to answer LostSoul13, i am going to continue to work out as intensely as i can as long as my body and mind can stand it. i got started exercising every day before my work's challenge started, so there's no sense in me stopping when i'm done crushing everyone at work.

well, i'm all sweaty, so it's shower time. lates.

It seems like when people regularly work out, after awhile, if they stop, it totally doesn't feel right and they want to start again, so even if/when you decrease the intensiveness of your workouts you'll probably just keep being active and stuff. Healthy habits!
