16th.

my third weigh-in was on thursday.

i lost another five pounds over the course of those two weeks. yahoooooooooooo

today is the 16th.

i just got done working out. phase 2 of insanity is much harder than phase 1. but, i can't stop now. i just started week 7. i'm trying to decide what kind of workout i'm going to do when this program is over. i might just start insanity over and do it again, but i'm thinking that i might get bored with doing the same thing over and over.

anyone have any suggestions? i need something to boost my metabolism.

anybody watching the new season of community? what do we think of the new writers?

Woot! More pounds lost! You're totally going to win the contest. I like Community so far ... though I'm not entirely sure why the most recent episode was a Halloween theme.
